Elsys ERS2 Eye LoRaWAN Occupancy Sensor

Elsys ERS2-EYE LoRaWAN Occupancy Sensor with Temp/RH/PIR/LUX/EYE offers remarkably precise room occupancy detection. Using an Infrared grid, it intelligently detects body heat from distances of up to 7 meters.

This analysis allows for highly accurate determination of ongoing occupancy rather than mere movement, making it especially reliable for spaces like meeting rooms or hotel rooms. It also sensors temperature, RHdity and light levles. (No cameras are involved in this process).

Product Description & Topology

Elsys ERS2-EYE Occupancy Sensor with Temp/RH/PIR/LUX/EYE offers remarkably precise room occupancy detection. Using an Infrared grid, it intelligently detects body heat from distances of up to 7 meters. This analysis allows for highly accurate determination of ongoing occupancy rather than mere movement, making it especially reliable for spaces like meeting rooms or hotel rooms. It also sensors temperature, RHdity and light levles. (No cameras are involved in this process.)

ELSYS ERS2-EYE REQUIRES two ER14505 Lithium Battery (not included).

These sensors offer easy setup with multiple mounting options and replaceable batteries, making installation hassle-free without the need for wiring. They are powered by 3.6V AA lithium batteries, providing an estimated lifespan of up to 10 years, depending on factors like sampling frequency, transmission intervals, data rates, power consumption, and environmental conditions. All sensors are built using Semtech’s LoRaWAN stack, ensuring adherence to and certification with the most current LoRaWAN standards.
