Elsys EMS2 Door Contact Switch LoRaWAN

Elsys EMS2-DOOR Mini Door LoRaWAN Sensor with Door or Window switch that detects opening activity, signaling when an object has been opened or displaced. Its discreet and unobtrusive design makes it perfectly sized for installation on door frames, window panes, cabinets, and various other surfaces.

Once the provided magnet shifts away from the sensor, it triggers a notification. Additionally, the sensor’s accelerometer can detect knocks or alterations in its orientation, further enhancing its functionality.

Product Description & Topology

Elsys EMS2-DOOR Mini Door Sensor with Door or Window switch that detects opening activity, signaling when an object has been opened or displaced. Its discreet and unobtrusive design makes it perfectly sized for installation on door frames, window panes, cabinets, and various other surfaces. Once the provided magnet shifts away from the sensor, it triggers a notification. Additionally, the sensor’s accelerometer can detect knocks or alterations in its orientation, further enhancing its functionality.

ELSYS EMS2-DOOR REQUIRES one ER14505 Lithium Battery (not included).

These sensors offer easy setup with multiple mounting options and replaceable batteries, making installation hassle-free without the need for wiring. They are powered by 3.6V AA lithium batteries, providing an estimated lifespan of up to 10 years, depending on factors like sampling frequency, transmission intervals, data rates, power consumption, and environmental conditions. All sensors are built using Semtech’s LoRaWAN stack, ensuring adherence to and certification with the most current LoRaWAN standards.
