One Sightsolutions have an exciting new opportunity available for a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced BMS and Integration Specialist to come and work within the One Sightsolutions operations team delivering cutting edge Smart Building solutions to our most prestigious and valued clients.

The role be based at our offices in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire as part of the Operations Team, but also across various project sites as required – these are most commonly in the central London area.

The successful candidate will hold current Tridium Niagara 4 certification and will be able to demonstrate the highest level of technical competence in this system.

In addition to the specialist knowledge on Tridium systems, the candidate will have a solid overall understanding of building-centric information systems/protocols, including but not limited to HVAC, Lighting, Lifts, Energy Metering, Security, Air Quality and will be familiar with using a broad cross section of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, MQTT, HTTP API’s and more.

As a valued member of the operations team, the Solutions Design & Integration Specialist will be spending 100% of their time focused on delivering key customer projects, working under the Operations Director, with guidance from the assigned Project Manager.

The candidate must be comfortable both working individually managing their own time to see tasks through to completion, as well as working as a coordinated team effort in problem solving, planning, and delivery/handover exercises.

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high quality technical solutions on time & budget whilst also expressing great enthusiasm for embracing new technology in order to deliver award winning, ground-breaking innovative Smart Building Solutions.

A full UK driving license and proof of eligibility to work in the UK (if required) is necessary for this role.

This will be based part in the office, part on site as required, and working from home as required.

Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
