1st Line Technical Support Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a dynamic technical team working for a leading provider of products/services within the Building Controls & Energy Management space.
This 1st Line Technical Support Analyst will play a valuable role within the business by providing technical support to a large customer base via Phone and Email. In addition to supporting our customers, the support team is actively involved in the selection, evaluation and technical ownership of cutting edge new products & technology.
The successful candidate will be working with & supporting key software/hardware packages specific to the building controls industry such as the Tridium Niagara Framework. A solid foundation knowledge of Windows Desktop operating systems & basic IP networking are required.
Existing knowledge or experience within the building controls space will be highly advantageous, however full and in-depth training will be provided.
As part of an industry leading support team, you will be become champions of technology, demonstrating technical prowess over key product ranges, becoming our in-house subject matter experts that not only support our customers, but enable the business to thrive in its position as an award winning technology partner in this space.
This role is an ideal fit for someone looking to enter an exciting & technical environment to massively expand their knowledge of IT & Smart Building systems. Over time they will develop themselves into key individuals within the business, helping to deliver complex technical projects as well as training & consultancy services to valuable brand name clients.
Salary dependent on experience, circa 20k starting, however this may be increased for the right candidate. Growth/development opportunities for career progression are plentiful within this business and progression is actively encouraged and success rewarded.
